Yes. Most classes are all-levels with beginner options. The Reformer Intro Pack (3 sessions · KES 6,500, 14 days) is the easiest way to start.
Comfortable fitted activewear. Grip socks are required on the reformer and available at the studio.
About 10 minutes before your first class for orientation; 5 minutes is fine for regular classes.
A maximum of four on the reformer, so every participant gets focused attention.
Yes. Validity is stated on each package (e.g. intro packs 14 days; monthly packs 30 days) and begins on activation.
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit one class from your package.
