Booking Policy

Classes must be booked in advance through your member portal or at the front desk. Reformer classes are limited to 4 participants to keep instruction personal. Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your class at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit one class from your active package. Private sessions require 24 hours notice.

Health & Safety

Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before class. Do not attend if you are unwell. Equipment is sanitised between sessions. Please wipe down your reformer after use.

Liability Waiver

By attending a class at AURA you acknowledge that Pilates involves physical exertion and assume all risk of injury. You agree to follow instructor guidance and that AURA is not liable for injury resulting from failure to do so.

Studio Etiquette

Arrive 10 minutes early. Silence your phone. Wear grip socks on the reformer. Be considerate of other members during quiet portions of class. Keep conversation to the lounge area.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to manage your membership and bookings. We never sell your data. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting the studio.

Terms & Conditions

Packages are non-transferable and expire after their validity period. Extensions are granted only for documented medical reasons. AURA reserves the right to update class schedules and pricing with reasonable notice.

FAQ

Common questions

Absolutely. Most of our classes are all-levels and every exercise has a beginner option. Our Intro Reformer Pack is the easiest way to get started: 3 classes for KES 6,500, valid for 14 days.

Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in. Avoid zips or buttons on the reformer. Grip socks are required on the reformer and available to buy at the studio.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can orient you to the equipment. For regular classes, 5 minutes is plenty.

No. We provide all mats, reformers, and props. Bring a water bottle and grip socks.

A maximum of four, so every participant gets focused attention from the trainer.

Tell your instructor before class. We offer regressions for most exercises, and private sessions are ideal for rehabilitation.

Packages can be paused for documented medical reasons. Chat to the front desk and we will sort it out.

Yes. Packages are valid for the period stated on the price list. Package validity begins on activation; the Intro Reformer Pack is valid for 14 days, while the listed monthly packages are valid for 30 days.
